The 24-month DBS & EBS Executive MBA combines the internationally successful British Durham MBA which is EQUIS and AMBA accredited with the strengths of EBS in executive education to create a world class programme – meeting the needs of managers for today and tomorrow.
The programme starting January each year is focused on the core needs and competencies of international executives: strategic thinking, leadership skills and intercultural awareness.
During the first year of the programme participants will attend six core modules to widen their knowledge in General Management. In these modules they will be provided with leadership orientated knowledge. Participants will be exposed to the challenges of top-level decision making through the Boardroom Simulation – a unique part of the Durham MBA, featuring senior executives from industry and commerce.
The choice of elective modules in the second year offers an opportunity to enhance knowledge and skills in areas that interest most. Participants will bring real benefits to their organisation by applying their increasing knowledge to a real business problem through an extended business project.
