The program is designed for participants who seek an interesting career change and are eager to learn more about general management. Our aim is to qualify participants for the strategic leadership of companies. Participants with a degree in law, engineering, or natural sciences will benefit most from the program. We currently host students from 11 different countries.
The program starts on March 1st with an orientation, in which participants are introduced to the school and its teaching approach. Prep Courses (during last 2 weeks in February) in German and quantitative methods are a special offer to those candidates who would like to prepare themselves before the program starts. The teaching language for the entire program is English. Participants will learn about business opportunities and management challenges on a global level during our international modules. We currently cooperate with partner universities in the USA (KELLOGG, Chicago), China (CEIBS, Shanghai) and India (IIM Bangalore) where our students spend 2 weeks each. The program abroad consists of tailor-made lectures delivered by senior faculty members of our partner universities, company visits and a group project.
During the concentration module of our General Management program, participants will deepen their knowledge of Marketing, Finance, Innovation, Supply Chain Management, Strategy and Leadership. Each concentration consists of 4 to 5 courses. Participants may choose to follow the General Management track or may focus on one or two of the concentrations.
